Anyone out there who manages staff should invest in one of these Hamster Wheels. We have yet to reach a stage whereby staff won’t be using the keyboard for data input so until such time as that happens productivity will be measured by how much action the keyboard gets. The more typing going on the more work the individual is doing.
The typing speed of the user has a direct affect on how fast the hamster runs around his wheel. So if your staff are really productive the hamster will be kept rather busy. How nice it will be to see at a glance how busy your staff are!
