Keomo’s Bluetooth GPS receiver makes cables a thing of the past. No longer do you need be tether to your GPS device to use and/or charge it and this receiver is equipped with a high fidelity solar panel, through which the device automatically charges itself when capturing sunlight.
One thing to note that this unit is not SIRF III compliant and only has 16 channels with which to connect to satellites. The dual power mechanism (battery and solar energy) generates an amazing operating time of 100 hours straight. As such when weather conditions are favorable, the device can be left permanently in stand-by mode.
