Music trial taps into Bluetooth

Music might be streaming itself to you via Bluetooth thanks to some trials that are currently taking place in Finland.

Nokia and EMI are working on a joint venture allowing coffee shop punters to listen to music tracks/clips sent to them via Bluetooth with scope in the future for ringtones and more. Participants will be required to use a Symbian Series 40 or 60 device (such as the Nokia N90 or Siemens SX1) smartphone and must install client software. This software will allow users to browse and play music that has been made on offer. [Via BBC News]
